Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience?

No. Our Beginner track assumes no prior experience. We progressively introduce tools, safety, and foundational systems before advancing.

What tools do I need?

A basic hex/torx set, tire levers, pump, chain checker, and cleaning supplies are sufficient to start. We provide a complete workshop list and loaners during on-site labs when applicable.

Are courses live or self-paced?

Most courses are self-paced with optional live mentor sessions. Advanced diagnostics include scheduled labs to practice supervised workflows.

Do you provide certification?

Yes. Completion certificates outline competencies achieved. They are not a government license but demonstrate validated workshop skills.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds within 7 days if you have not consumed more than 15% of the course content. After that window, prorated options may apply for documented issues.

Can I practice on my own bike?

Absolutely. We encourage you to apply procedures to your own bicycle and document the process. Instructors can review your notes and provide feedback.

How long do I have access?

Most courses include 12 months of access, including updates to procedures and checklists.

Do you cover e-bikes and electronic shifting?

Yes. Our E-Bike Systems and Electronic Shifting courses address diagnostics, firmware, and safe handling protocols.
